Terms & Conditions — ina858 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

ina858 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ina858.app (the "Platform"). The Platform provides casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, video poker, live roulette, and slot machine games to eligible players.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ina858 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between ina858 and each registered player. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ina858, you must:

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are met. ina858 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate Accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, browser, IP address, or payment method used. Discovery of duplicate Accounts may result in the closure of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated Balances without prior notice.

When registering an Account on ina858, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your Indonesian mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ina858 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from a failure by you to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ina858 support immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

ina858 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason.

ina858 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all Players prior to the processing of withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to the processing of large deposits. This process is a mandatory component of ina858's anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming compliance framework.

As part of the KYC process, ina858 may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet);
• Additional documentation as reasonably required by ina858's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. ina858 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, apply enhanced due-diligence checks on large deposits, or request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time and at its sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ina858 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or any payment method not registered to the Account holder.

Standard withdrawal processing times on ina858 are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: within 3 hours of request confirmation;
• CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata: within 6 hours;
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: within 1 hour.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and security verification. ina858 will send a one-time confirmation code to the registered Indonesian mobile number prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the confirmation code within the allotted time will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled; a new request may then be submitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. ina858 does not charge withdrawal fees; players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider.

ina858 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a potential breach of these Terms & Conditions, or compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

ina858 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

1. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on the first qualifying deposit following account registration.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to the Account as a separate Bonus Balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
3. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total of the Bonus Funds credited, unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. The standard Wagering Requirement for ina858 bonuses is 25x the Bonus Funds amount, unless a different multiplier is published for a specific promotion.
4. Not all Games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. ina858 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in any Game or market;

ina858 employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to conduct investigations at any time. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended and withdrawal processing halted pending the outcome of the investigation. ina858 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

ina858 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Unauthorised access to an Account where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions taken by ina858 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or closure where a breach of these Terms has been identified.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ina858's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Either party may terminate an Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact ina858 Live Chat. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be paid out to the last verified withdrawal method following KYC confirmation, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the closure request.

ina858 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected;
• A Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 3 of these Terms & Conditions;
• KYC verification cannot be completed within the specified timeframe;
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ina858 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including any winnings accrued through the conduct that constituted the breach.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which ina858 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and ina858 that cannot be resolved through ina858's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 18) shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

References to Indonesian context in these Terms & Conditions — including the requirement for Indonesian residency, IDR denomination, and local payment methods — reflect the Platform's primary market focus and do not constitute a representation that operation of the Platform is regulated by any specific Indonesian governmental or regulatory body. Players are responsible for determining the legality of accessing online gaming services from their jurisdiction of residence.

ina858 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the ina858 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended terms take effect. Any Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Clause 15.
